The US Open draw is out and Max and Jamie are the 14th seeds and they face Mertinak/Zovko in the 1st round. The Bryan Brothers are possible 3rd round opponents. Here is their section of the draw.

Max and Jamie lost in New Haven,to Garcia-Lopez/Verdasco in the first round with the Spainards winning 6-7, 7-5, 10-8. You can find the full draw here.

Max fell to Nicholas Kiefer in the first round of the Olympics. Kiefer won 6-3, 6-1.

Janowicz defeated Max 6-4 7-5 6-4 to put Poland up 2-0 over Belarus in their Davis Cup tie.

Congratulations to Max, as he was awarded a wild card by the ITF for entry into the singles competition at the Olympic Games in Beijing! Notable players who were also awarded wild cards were Jonas Bjorkman, Nicolas Massu, and Kei Nishikori.
Max lost in his 3rd round mixed match with Olga Govortsova. Chuang/Nestor won 6-3, 7-6. This concludes Max's participation at Wimbledon this year.
