Max and Anna Chakvetadze lost to Bjorkman/Petrova in the 1st round of mixed doubles at the US Open. Their opponents won 6-3, 6-1. Yesterday, Max and Jamie fell in a tight match to Mertinak/Zovko 7-6, 7-6.

Max and Jamie lost in New Haven,to Garcia-Lopez/Verdasco in the first round  with the Spainards winning 6-7, 7-5, 10-8. You can find the full draw here. .
